Definition
You can select the Write Information Lines for Backbilling field for schema steps:
- for which the variants generate information lines
- that are back billed (that is, at least one allocate backbilling indicator or one schema step for execution in dynamic period control field is selected).
Use
Dependencies
In conjunction with fine tuned control in the variant, the field controls whether information lines are created during backbilling according to the following rules:
- You define in fine tuned control for the variants that no information lines are to be written with the result that information lines are not created in periodic billing or in backbilling
- In fine tuned control for the variants, you define that information lines are to be written
- You select the Write Info Lines for Backbilling field with the result that information lines are created in periodic billing and in backbilling.
- You do not select the Write Info Lines for Backbilling field with the result that information lines are created only in periodic billing, not in backbilling. If possible, you should choose this setting for backbilling in order to keep the number of information lines created to a minimum.
DBERCHV anchor lines are technical lines that are generated for the (dynamic) backbilling periods regardless of whether or not the Write Information Lines for Backbilling field is selected.
