This value can be determined as follows:
- Building value in 1913 minus the values for building defects/
building damage/back-log of repairs multiplied by the
construction costs index figure, divided by 100.
- New building, comparative or revenue value
minus the values
for building defects/building damage/back-log of repairs.
- Cubic volume multiplied by the price per volume unit.
