Specifies background processing

Use

To avoid overloading the system at busy times, you can use background processing, by selecting the Background processing function.

In the subsequent dialog boxes, you can change the printer settings or access defaults, then enter a name and start and finish dates for the job. The job is then processed in the background between the dates specified.

1. Enter a name for the background job in the dialog box.
2. In the "Printer settings" screen, you can change the settings if required, and select "Print". The SAP System schedules your background job.
3. Go to job processing and release the job.
