Definition
You can enter the number of rooms of a rental unit identified as complete rooms in this field.
If individual rooms for the respective rental unit are to be maintained, the entry in this field is checked against the number of rooms created. Only those rooms are counted where the indicator "room" has been set.
The system automatically corrects any deviations.
