Definition

You can define the characteristics for status when saving trip data in the AUTHS field.

The field is two characters long. The first character is for the status of the travel request, and the second for the status of trip accounting.

The first character (request status) can be any of the following:

• 1 ... request
• 2 ... request approved
• 3 ... trip
• 4 ... trip approved
• * ... all statuses

The second character (accounting status) can be:

• 0 ... open
• 1 ... to be accounted
• 3 ... cancelled
• * ... all statuses.

Examples of characteristics for AUTHS:
21 request approved, to be accounted
3* trip
