Documentation
Use
You can use this function to specify resource types for which resources should be reserved for the event dates you are planning. The function also lets you select specific preferred resources.
When you choose this function, the list of resource types required for the business event type is displayed.
You can use the list to preselect which of the resource types displayed are, in fact, required for the event you are planning, and should be included in the planning. To do so, you simply select the resource types concerned.
You have the option of adding resource types to the list of requirements if necessary.
Furthermore, you can change the required number of resources of any resource type if you need fewer or more than the default value specified for the event type.
In addition, you can select specific resources for your event by choosing Detailed selection and selecting a specific instructor, for instance.
When you choose Plan, the resource types you have preselected are included in the planning and the pertinent resources are reserved for the event dates you are planning if they are available.
Note:
You still have the option of changing these resource reservation specifications for an individual event date if required.
