Documentation
Description
This provides an overview of how the availability check is used. The evaluation is based on the components of the individual, or all, production orders with order start dates in the selected time window.
Note that the components belonging to the order are determined from the RESB table (dependent requirements and reservations). You can suppress these records from being written for bulk materials to improve your system performance. If you do so, the system cannot issue any bulk material records in the statistics.
An analysis examines how the system runs the check automatically using the component, plant, order type and transaction (opening/release). The check cannot be triggered manually as well??
Structure and use of detailed displays
The individual key figures mean:
Check according to ATP logic: Number of components checked with ATP. The details screen informs you how to use the different scopes of checks.
Check against planning: Number of checks against planning. The details screen displays a hit list of all the materials checked against the plan.
No automatic check: In the check settings, you can de-activate the ATP check for any combination of order type, plant and transaction. The details screen provides an overview of the scope of the check that can be used if activated manually.
No check (check group): Number of components for which the check has been de-activated in Customizing for the check group.
No check (bulk material): Number of bulk material components. An availability check is never run for bulk materials. If the "Exclusive bulk materials" indicator has been activated in the plant master record, 0 appears for this key figure although bulk materials exist for which checks have not been carried out.
No check (no check group in material master): Number of components for which there is no check group in the material master record. The system does not run availability checks for these components.
No check for order type: Number of records for which there is no check control for the relevant order type. The system does not run a check here either.
Inconsistencies in Customizing: No scope of check has been maintained for the combination of check group/check control.
