Definition
Specifies the document type of the debit memo request created for a sold-to party or combination of sold-to party/unloading point.
Use
The system automatically creates a debit memo request when you receive a self-billing document from the customer by EDI that requires a debit to the customer's account. The debit memo request is used to correct quantities or balance out price deviations that occur in the self-billing procedure.
