Definition

Selection indicator which marks the material as a material group material.

Use

A material group material represents any materials in its material group that cannot or should not be managed individually in the system. It is managed in stock on a sales price basis only. No organizational levels may be entered when you create/maintain a material group material. There is no reference material assignment; there is simply one material group material per material group. This must be assigned in material group maintenance.
