Definition
Specifies the type of confirmation that the representative agent provides to certify that he or she is authorized to submit the annual financial statement on behalf of the company.
Use
The agent can provide one of the following confirmation types:
Confirmation Meaning
1 The agent confirms that he or she is the sole representative of the company and has personally signed the identical version of the annual financial statement submitted.
2 The agent confirms that he or she is the sole authorized representative of the company and is in possession of an annual financial statement personally signed by the legally nominated signatories of the company, which is identical to the annual financial statement submitted.
3 The agent confirms that he or she is one of the authorized representatives of the company, he or she has been authorized as one of the authorized representatives to submit the annual financial statement and is in possession of an annual financial statement personally signed by the legally nominated signatories of the company, which is identical to the annual financial statement submitted.
If the annual financial statement is submitted by an auditor, leave this field blank.
