Definition
Specifies the type of the company for which you submit the annual financial statement.
Use
The type and size of the company determines the content of the annual financial statement. Based on your selection, the program generates the annual financial statement in compliance with the legal requirements relevant for the given company type.
The program generates different output for the following company types:
- Small limited liability company (in Austria, called Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung, GmbH)
- Medium or large GmbH
- Stock corporation (in Austria, called Aktiengesellschaft, AG)
- Banks, insurance companies, foreign companies, companies preparing consolidated financial statements
