Definition

The activity status displays the extent to which follow-on documents have been processed.

Use

The activity status is managed both at header level and at item level for the allocation table.

There are four possible status levels:

  • Not active
    • No follow-on documents have been created
  • Partially active
    • Follow-on documents have been created for individual plants at this level
  • Active
    • Follow-on documents have been created for all plants at this level
  • Complete
    • The stock allocation process is complete at this level and all goods movements have been carried out.
