Definition
The EC sales list should be created either once per year, or every quarter of the year under review.
If you are able to return the list to the responsible tax authority in a rhythm other than quarterly, you should enter the posting date instead of the reporting quarter and the year under review.
The reporting quarter is the calendar quarter. You should enter the number of the reporting quarter (1/2/3/4) or a '5' for the year under review.
If the EC sales list is submitted by month, make an entry in the Reporting Period field.
