Definition
Indicator specifying that the business volume is only updated for rebate arrangements that were entered subsequently.
A rebate arrangement is regarded as "entered subsequently" if it was created after or on the start date of the validity period. In this case, is it possible that documents (purchase orders, vendor billing documents, settlement requests) relating to the arrangement already exist in the system. The price determination process for such POs would then not have taken the arrangement conditions into account.
Use
If you select this indicator, the vendor business volumes will be updated for the subsequently entered rebate arrangements. If you do not select the indicator, the system takes all arrangements into account.
The indicator only affects the subsequent business volume update.
Deselect the indicator if you want to carry out a business volume update again for individual documents using the subsequent business volume update functions, otherwise, in certain cases, not all arrangements will be processed.
