By entering this numerical value, you specify how many days must have elapsed since the check was either cashed or voided in order for it to be eligible for archiving. Checks that were neither cashed nor voided cannot be archived. The baseline date used for calculating the number of elapsed days is the Key date.

Examples

Selection of all checks that have been cashed or voided for 100 days:

• Number of days in the system: 100
• Key date : current date

Selection of all checks that were processed in the last year:

• Number of days in the system: 0
• Key date : 12/31 of the last year.
