Definition
You use this option to activate archiving without a check. This means that no check on relevance for archiving (e.g. residence time, overall status, status of dependent objects, etc.) will be carried out during the archiving run.
Only the shipments that you have specified in the "archive without saving " and "shipment number" fields are archived. The specification of the shipment number at the top of the selection screen must be left blank.
CAUTION: You should only use this option as a last resort if you have no other way of archiving the document in the normal manner. This option can lead to you archiving shipments that are still being processed!!
