Definition

When asset retirements or transfers take place, the system automatically posts the accompanying proportional value adjustment. Therefore, it is necessary that you enter, for this purpose, special transaction types in the definition of the corresponding transaction types.

You specify, in this field, the transaction type the system should use when posting the proportional value adjustment of a given type of value adjustment (such as ordinary depreciation, investment support, and so on).

These special transaction types are necessary especially so that the given transaction can be recognized within the framework of corporate group consolidation as the retirement or transfer of proportional values.
