The amount of the distribution has been settled, except for a remainder amount.

Example

A sender has the following distribution rule:

001    amount    1000,-    Amount rule cat.1            Receiver R1

In period 001 the sender has a debit of $200. The $200 is settled in period 001 to receiver R1 using rule 001.

The remainder amount of amount rule 001 still to be settled is $800 ($1000 - $800).
