Definition

The adjustment program uses the date of the rent adjustment run and the value in this field to calculate a default value for the date by which the tenant must submit approval of the adjustment (for adjustment procedures subject to approval).

The system

  1. adds the value of this field in months to the date of the rent adjustment run and
  2. suggests the first day of the month that follows the calculated date as a default value for the approval date.

Example

  • Adjustment run is carried out on 03/15/1998

  • The value in this field is 2 months

  • Approval date is 06/01/1998

    (03/15 + 2 months = 05/15 -> first day of next month 06/01)
