Definition

For the index-linked rent adjustment, this field specifies by how many months the valid-from date of the rent adjustment is predated for the date of the program run.

The adjustment program calculates a default value for the valid-from date from the date of the rent adjustment run and the value in this field. The program subtracts the value of this field in months from the date of the rent adjustment run and the next first of the month which lies before the resulting date is proposed as a valid-from date.

The number of months should be chosen so that the index markers are available for the resulting valid-from date at the date of the adjustment run.
