Documentation
Definition
Select this field if this type of license authorizes exports to ship-to parties for mainly military use.
Use
When automatically determining licenses, the system can only assign this type of license with this indicator, to ship-to parties with mainly military use (this can be maintained in Customer Master, View "Foreign Trade")
The indicator will have no effect on ship-to parties with mainly civil use in automatic license determination.
This means that the license type that allows for military use can also be used for authorizing an export to a ship-to party with mainly civil use.
Example
The following combinations are possible:
Customer with mainly 'Military use' System reaction:
indicator allowed License type
- military use 'X' ==> Use ok
- military use ' ' ==> cannot be used
- civil use 'X' ==> Use ok
- civil use ' ' ==> Use ok
