Definition
Field for describing the activity produced by a cost center/activity type or a business process in an alternative unit of measure.
The output is used only for information purposes and is not used to calculate debit and credit amounts.
Procedure
You can
- Enter the output quantity directly, or
- Enter the activity quantity directly, or
- Enter the activity quantity directly and determine the output quantity by choosing Edit -> Calculate output.
The output quantity is calculated using the formula:
- Output quantity = activity quantity * output factor
Dependencies
To determine the output quantity, you must have specified an output unit and an output factor in the master data of the activity type or business process.
Examples
Activity of sender cost center = 500 repair hours
Output factor = 0.2
Output = 100 repaired units
