Definition

Header line listing the alternatives of a multiple BOM or the variants in a variant BOM.

The contents of the list are determined dynamically:

• numbers of the alternatives in a multiple BOM
• consecutive numbers of the variants in a variant BOM

Use

The system determines which items are used in which alternatives in a BOM group and assigns the items to the appropriate alternatives.

Procedure

In the standard system the first eight alternatives found by the system are displayed on the screen.

• If there are more alternatives, you can enter the number of another alternative from which you want to start the list in the field From alternative:
• If you want to display the list of existing alternatives first, choose
• Goto -> Alternative overview for a multiple BOM
• Goto -> More -> Variant overview for a variant BOM
