Definition
Shows the threshold that is currently in effect for changing the status of a performance monitoring attribute from yellow or red to green.
The monitoring architecture has separate thresholds for reducing the level of criticality in order to prevent "alert flickering" when performance values fluctuate near the threshold. Thresholds for reducing levels of criticality are usually different than those for increasing criticality.
