Definition
Percentage of the employee's working time spent in the tax area.
Supplementary Documentation - ALLPC 0001
Use
Percentage of employee's wages that will be allocated for
calculation of state tax. If no entry is made, 100% is
assumed. This field is only necessary when the resident
indicator is B for the resident state tax record, or for
the non-resident state tax record and the employee works
less than 100% of his/her time in that state.
