Definition

Determines that when follow-on documents are being generated the result of the authorization check should be given in the log.

Use

If you choose data for generating follow-on documents (for example, organizational units) for which you have no authorization, then no documents will be created for that data. By selecting this indicator, you can determine which information will be updated in the log for the missing authorizations.

Example

If you want to generate follow-on documents for purchasing organizations 0001 and 0002, for example, but you only have authorization for purchasing organization 0001, then no follow-on documents will be generated for organization 0002. You receive a system message in the log telling you that you need authorization for purchasing organization 0002 .
