Supplementary Documentation - AFAKT 2120
Definition
Number indicating how often the activities and activity elements in the network should be executed.
Use
- If you enter an execution factor in the network header, and activities have already been created with an execution factor, then these are multiplied by the factor in the network header.
- If you want to enter or change the execution factor in an existing or newly created activity, after you have entered a factor in the network header, then this must be a multiple of the factor in the header.
- If you do not want an activity to be influenced by the execution factor in the network header, then no execution factor may be entered in the activity.
This affects activities which are independent of the execution factor, such as, for example, construction.
The execution factors have an effect on the work, duration, material quantity and the costs.
Dependencies
If you enter a quantity > 1 in a sales order item which should trigger assembly procesing, this quantity is converted into a production quantity and transferred into the network header as the execution factor. In this case, the execution factor cannot be changed in the network header, but only in the sales order.
Supplementary Documentation - AFAKT 2300
Definition
The number of times the activity or activity element is to be performed.
Use
The execution factor refers to the work, the activity duration, the material quantity and the costs.
The execution factor of an activity element is defined by the execution factor of the associated activity.
Dependencies
- Standard networks
In the standard network, the values which depend on the execution factor refer to execution factor 1.
If you enter an execution factor in the standard network, this serves as a default value for the transfer into the network.
- Networks
When a standard network is transferred into a network, the values are multiplied by the execution factor.
Example: Std. network Network
Execution factor 3 3
Activity duration 2 h 6 h
Work 4 h 12 h
Material quantity 1 pc. 3 pcs.
Costs $ 65 $ 195
If you change the execution factor, the quantities specified in the above fields are redefined using taking into account the old execution factor.
Changes to fields above refer to the current execution factor.
Example: Old New Value change
Execution factor 3 ==> 2 2
Activity duration 6 --> 4 --> 5
Work 12 --> 8 8
Material quantity 3 --> 2 2
Costs $ 195 --> $ 130 $ 130
