The user who made the last change to the credit master data is recorded in this field.
This field is not updated for pure text changes; thus, it refers to the field Changed on and not to the field Text changed on.
It is also possible to look at the list of all changes, which is sorted in descending order by date and which also contains the name of the person who made the change (in the master records via Environment -> Account changes).
