Definition
Defines a user status group to collect similar user statuses in one folder in the CMC order hierarchy.
Procedure
Examples
You have defined a number of user statuses for orders, however you do not want to display so many statuses in separate folders in the CMC. You use the user status group DLAY to group different "delayed" user statuses, such as "Delayed: Lacking instructions", "Delayed: Transportation", and "Delayed: Manpower".
The CMC displays all of these user statuses in a "Delayed" folder in the order hierarchy.
