Definition
Maximum absolute value used to determine the alert setting that the Component Maintenance Cockpit (CMC) assigns on operation level.
The CMC calculates the overlapping time as follows:
- Once an operation is in progress :
Actual start date and time + standard duration of operation = Comparison date and time. - Before an operation has been put to process :
Today's date and time + standard duration of operation = Comparison date and time.
The CMC uses the difference between the comparison date and the latest scheduled end date of the operation as the overlapping time and compares it with the value assigned to each of the four traffic lights. If the barrier set for a traffic light exceeds the actual overlapping time, the CMC assigns this traffic light to the operation.
Procedure
Examples
Yellow has a value of -2 hours. The CMC assigns the yellow traffic light to operations where the actual start date plus the standard duration is two hours greater than the latest end date.
Dependencies
After you have created a confirmation showing the actual start of the operation, in the standard case the CMC does not change the alert setting symbols assigned to an operation. If you want the CMC to update the alert settings use real-time mode.
