Documentation
Definition
Indicates the business scenario used for orders in the Component Maintenance Cockpit (CMC).
Procedure
Examples
One code may represent closed-loop orders, where parts that are removed from an aircraft are immediately repaired and re-installed into the technical object without exchange (Remove-Rework-Install).
Another code may represent open-loop orders, where parts that are removed are placed in a warehouse first and are immediately replaced by a valid equivalent from stock (Remove-Install-Rework).
Dependencies
The CMC only displays orders that have been assigned an order code. However, you can also display orders without order codes, if you define a standard (blank) order code in Customizing.
If you define a standard order code, you do not define any priority rules or priority values for it.
