Documentation
Definition
Determines the selected rotable inventory group as the main group.
In rotable control you can define several inventory groups that map the different conditions of rotable parts (such as servicable, unservicable, and so on).
Procedure
Define one inventory group for each rotable condition.
Select the Main Inventory Group indicator for each group that you define.
Examples
Dependencies
There must be exactly one main inventory group per rotable condition.
It is possible to define more than one inventory group for each rotable condition, however the CMC only uses the main inventory group in the calculation of the priority value.
We recommend that you only define one group per condition.
Only define inventory groups if you want to use storage locations or split valuations. If you use batches you do not need to define inventory groups.
