Definition

Enables the CMC to include the transport and wait time (TWT) between work centers when distributing buffer.

Procedure

Examples

You define that the standard move time from work center A to B and from B to A is 2 hours. The minimum move time both ways is set to 30 minutes. The transport matrix also allows you to define asymmetric transport times, that is from A to B 2 hours, but from B to A 3 hours.

Dependencies

In PP Customizing (Define Move Time Matrix) you must do the following:

• Assign a work center to location groups
• Define a minimum and a standard TWT

In the CMC you must do the following:

• Activate either M (minimum TWT) or S (standard TWT) for each order/operation in the CMC order hierarchy. The default value is S.
