Definition
Select the field if, in addition to the partner identification, one or more of the following partner functions can be specified in an export license of this type:
- Sold-to party
- Ship-to party
- Invoicing party
- Payer
- End customer
Use
If you set this indicator, you can specify one or more of the above partner functions when you maintain a license of this type.
During automatic license determination, the system checks whether the partner combination in the relevant SD document can be covered by the license.
Example
If you select partner P1 as sold-to party and partner P2 as ship-to party in this license type, you can use the license only for SD documents that have P1 as sold-to party and P2 as ship-to party.
When you create a document with sold-to party P3 and ship-to party P2, or a document with sold-to party P1 and ship-to party P3, you cannot use this license.
Note
The system can check only those partners that have been assigned to the document.
If the document has sold-to party P1 but no ship-to party, the license in the example given above can be used because the sold-to party in the document and the one in the license are identical.
