Definition

Indicate that a notification has been created for a plant.

Use The 'status notification' indicator is automatically set by the system if a notification was created for a plant, that is, if the plant was informed of the goods receipts planned by the head office.

In this case, the notification category determines the notification form, that is, the type of communication between head office and plant.

Possible notification forms are

• Stock allocation notification
• Request notification
• Request notification with confirmation notification

The 'status notification' indicator refers to the complete transaction, that is to the notification form as a whole.

The 'status notification' indicator has, for example, the 'notification not created' characteristic for the 'request notification' notification form, if you created the request notification but have not yet received any confirmation.
