Reason for document creation

Use

Classifies the billing document according to its intended purpose.

In this way the system can determine whether it is, for example, a document from a final billing or periodic billing run, or a document created manually.

This billing transaction is required for reconstructing a suppressed billing order during billing reversal.

The billing order is reestablished during the reversal. If this billing order had suppressed another billing order, then the suppressed billing order was also deleted after billing. The suppressed billing order must also be restructured during the reversal.
