Use
Shows that the schema is blocked for billing. The blocking date was automatically set through a rate change. This always happens if rate steps, which are acively used in the current schema, are changed.
The blocking date notifies the user that rate changes have had an effect on the schema. If the user is convinced that the schema is in a consistent state, he can delete the billing block.
