Definition
Controls whether actual costs or cost of sales are to be settled.
Input values
- To be settled in full
This is the default setting. If you try to close the object, or set the delete flag, the system displays an error message if the balance in the object is not zero.
- Can be settled
You can settle actual costs and costs of sales, but do not have to .
When you try to close the object or set the delete flag, the system displays a warning if the balance in the object is not zero. You can, however, close the sender with a balance.
Note
You need to create a settlement rule for each sender to be settled.
- Not for settlement
Actual costs and costs of sales are not settled, even if you trigger settlement expressly for this object. Variances are also not settled, but WIP can be. When you close the object or set the delete flag, the system does not display a message if the balance in the object is not zero.
Dependencies
You can also use this indicator for objects entered before 3.0D.
