Definition
Specifies whether costs can be settled to a real estate object.
Procedure
- If you do not want to allow settlement to a real estate object, choose "Settlement not allowed".
No settlement rule can then be created in the settlement rule with receiver type "real estate object".
- If you want to allow settlement to real estate objects, choose "Can be settled".
- If you want at least one settlement rule to have a real estate object as a rceiver, choose "Must be settled".
