The activity profile serves to define possible activities that are to be carried out during transportation processing.
Possible activities include:
- Posting goods issue for the deliveries in the shipment
- Billing the deliveries in the shipment
- Printing certain output
From a technical point of view, this happens by defining a selection variant. This variant can be assigned to a shipment type in order to determine which activities are to be carried out during transportation processing for this shipment type.
The activities defined here are carried out when you select shipments in the screen "Shipment List: Transportation Processing" (transaction VT12) and then select "Process for transptn".
