Definition

Specifies that, when the workflow is active, the system automatically changes the fields of linked asset master records and equipment master records so they correspond, when either of these types of master record is changed or created.

Use

You do not have to delete assignments that you do not need. Instead you can simply deactivate them (and re-activate them later if you need them).

Example

You create an asset master record with company code 1000. The system then automatically enters 1000 in the company code field of the related equipment master record.
