Definition
The Recipient Type is the central control element in CEM. The recipients are assigned a reference type and an account assignment object in FI/CO by using the recipient type.
Use
On creating a recipient you must enter a recipient type.
Example
Examples of recipient types are:
- External recipient or third party
- Internal construction site
- Joint venture
- Building contractor's yard
- Warehouse
- WBS element
- Dummy recipient
