Use
In this Customizing activity, you can define the parameters the system considers when deleting consumption data. You can use transaction FR33 to delete consumption data.
You can define the following parameters :
- Storage Period
Determines the number of consumption periods in the past you wish to retain.
- Period Types
Determines the period types for consumption data that should be deleted.Each period type can be switched on or off separately. The deletion report deletes the following consumption values whose period type is switched on:
- Daily consumption values
- Weekly consumption values
- Monthly consumption values
- Other consumption values
- Replenishment Type
Determines the material/plant combinations to be processed during deletion of consumption data. For this purpose, the replenishment types are grouped into 3 categeories, which can each be switched on or off separately. The deletion report deletes the following consumption values of the articles whose category is switched on:
- F&R replenishment
- ERP replenishment
- No replenishment
- Check Replenishment
Determines whether the replenishment type is checked during deletion of consumption data.
When the flag is switched off, the deletion program deletes the consumption values without checking the replenishment type.
You can define the parameters separately for stores and distribution centers. Note that if you define a plant number, the corresponding settings apply for the given plant only.
