In this process step you can define coupon distribution profiles for distributing coupons at POS outbound for up to three cost objects.
Quotas are updated in the statistics and in Financial Accounting is controled in the profile by stating condition types and account keys.
Coupons are materials with material type ID 'COUPON'. The profile can be assigned to the coupons in the material master.
Example
The discount resulting from using a coupon should be assigned equally to the vendor and POS.
Two quotas at ratio 1:1 are defined in the profile.
The condition type for updating for POS (cost object 1) is assigned in statistics.
For the vendor (cost object 2), the account key for updating to a clearing account in Financial Accounting and the condition type are entered.
