The settings for the condition types are normally not identical in the POS systems and SAP Retail. In this step, you define the conversion of condition type settings.
Requirements
Your system is configured as an SAP Retail System.
The relevant conversion category needs to have been maintained. The conversion of condition types must be activated using the conversion parameters.
Recommendation
If your POS system and SAP Retail use the same settings for condition types, switch off conversion by setting the appropriate conversion parameter. In this case, you do not need to carry out this Customizing activity.

Enter the required conversion rules for all condition types.
Further notes
Condition types are converted both via a download and via an upload, by means of a user exit. If you want to convert the condition types using an algorithm rather than manually, you can alter the coding of the program (in the user exit).
