Use
In this Customizing activity, you define characteristic-field configurations that you use in the certificate profiles to print using Adobe forms.
A characteristic field configuration is comprised of text elements that are equivalent to the text elements in a SAPscript form. As when printing using SAPscript forms, the text elements are assigned to the individual characteristics in the certificate profiles when printing certificates using Adobe forms.
A text element for a characteristic configuration is comprised of a list of structure fields. In the certificate, the system only prints fields from the QCRES and QCSPEC data structures for a characteristic that are in the field list for the text element assigned to the characteristic.
Correspondingly, only the fields for the assigned text elements are copied when creating IDocs.
Requirements
Standard settings
Characteristic field configuration 001 is provided in the standard system. This characteristic field configuration contains six text elements. The fields of these text elements regulate the use of the text elements from SAPscript form QM_QCERT_01.
Activities
Check whether you need further text elements (in addition to those provided in the standard system) to print certificates for your own Adobe forms.
Specify the fields that are relevant for transfer to your certificate form.
