Use
In this Customizing activity, you define special rounding rules that the system can apply to calculate the total number of points of a rental object, as defined by law. According to legal regulations, the system must calculate the total number of points of the fixtures and fittings characteristics belonging to a certain category on category level as follows:
Adds the factors of all the fixtures and fittings characteristics that belong to the given category.
Rounds the added value in accordance with the rounding rules on category level.
Multiplies the rounded value by the number of points of the category.
To this value, the system adds the rounded value of the total number of points of the fixtures and fittings characteristics belonging to other categories one by one, if there are any.
Requirements
You have defined a representative list of rents and entered the categories of fixtures and fittings in the Customizing activity Define Representative List of Rents.
Standard settings
Activities
On the Repr. List of Rents screen, you must first enter the representative list of rents you defined as described in Requirements.
On the Rounding Rule for Categ. screen, choose the categories for which you want the system to apply the special rounding rules and select the Round Total No. of Points on Category Level checkbox.
