You have completed the following activities:
- Entered the corresponding provinces in the Customizing activity Insert Regions
- Created the business partners you want to use for autonomous communities in Maintain Business Partner (transaction BP)
- Defined general parameters in the Customizing activity Define General Parameters
Standard settings
Activities
On the Autonomous Community screen, enter the ISO code and the name of all the communities to which your leased-out real estate objects belong. You then assign a PDF-based form or a DMEE tree for each autonomous community entry. When you execute the Security Deposit Cockpit to create the balance report about the security deposit payments, the system uses the PDF-based form or the DMEE tree you assigned here to create the report in the required format.
Note:
We deliver the RE_XC_ES_CASH_DEPOSIT_FORM PDF-based form that you can use to generate the security deposit balance report.
You can make the following additional settings for each autonomous community:
- On the Province screen, assign the provinces that belong to the autonomous community you have selected on the main screen.
- On the Posting of Security Deposit screen, specify the frequency of posting, and the percent of the security deposit and the rate for the security deposit amount calculation.
- On the Business Partner screen, you can assign business partners directly to the autonomous community or to a chosen company code.
You can specify one or more business partners to the autonomous community or to any company code that is assigned to the given autonomous community.
- If you want to assign a BP to a company code, enter the company code and the BP in the corresponding fields on the screen and save your entry.
- If you want to assign a BP directly to the autonomous community, only enter the BP number in the Partner field without specifying a company code for it, and save your entry.
- On the Companies with Agreement screen, list all the company codes that have an agreement with the corresponding autonomous community and specify the start and end date of the agreement validity.
