Use

In this IMG activity, you determine the TSW relevance for production and process orders.

You use these settings to make production and or process orders relevant for real-time integration into the stock projection worksheet (SPW) of Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench (TSW). The system determines the relevance of the data fields according to their order of importance, starting with the most important at the top of the screen. You can change the sequence of the fields, that is their level of relevance, under Relevancy fields. You can also use the Wldcrd (wildcard) indicator under Relevant document types to select any value. When determining the relevance of orders, the system searches for the most appropriate entry according to the sequence of the fields in the table.

Activities

  1. Under Relevant document types, enter the application for which you want to determine document relevance and select this line.
  2. Choose Relevancy fields and enter the fields and their relevance ranking, that is their order of importance, which the system uses when determining the relevance in TSW.
    You can only determine the relevance of fields that you enter under Relevancy fields.
  3. After saving, choose Relevancy and enter the required values or wildcards "*" for the relevance determination fields.
