In this step, you can do the following to the variants for the aggregation list:
- Change them
- Create them
- Delete them
Standard settings
The following variants for aggregation are supplied in the standard system:
1_6350 Aggregation: Plant
2_6350 Aggregation: Material
3_6350 Aggregation: Purchase Order
4_6350 Aggregation: Delivery Note
5_6350 Aggregation: Configurable Matl
Note
If you want to aggregate by configurable material, an article master record must have been maintained for the material concerned.
Activities
Changing and Creating
Define the sequence you require and the width of the columns so that only important information is displayed in the item list. To avoid unnecessary scrolling, you should note that the information should be displayed on a single screen if possible.
Deleting
Structure the selection list so that it is transparent for the users.
You can delete the display variants created in the standard system that are not suitable for your business case.
